This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and helpful 24-hour reception. The staff were amazing, especially in assisting my elderly parents during our first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Eating out was a joy with Flavors Of India just a stone’s throw away—those curries were next level! Plus, the friendly kitchen team kept things rolling like it was a Sunday roast. Couldn't get enough of those vibes!
The room was small and a bit stuffy, but we spent most of our time exploring. No air-conditioning, just a fan. And let’s not mention the lack of privacy with that dodgy bathroom door—awkward!

Proximity to Paddington Station, Walking distance to Hyde Park, Daily maid service
Rooms exhibit incredibly thin walls!!! The air conditioning is weak, making even cool nights uncomfortable!!! Elevators only reach the fourth floor—a real hassle when carrying luggage!!!

Consider requesting a room away from the elevator for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

fantastic central base for exploring london's attractions and parks
I had a lovely stay here with the convenience of being just a few steps from Paddington station, which made it super easy to explore the nearby Hyde Park and its beautiful walking paths. I really appreciated the comfortable bed and the spotless cleanliness of the room during my time there.

The double room provided a classic, cozy feel with tasteful decor that adds character to the stay. A kettle for tea and coffee was handy, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploration.
The lift is frustratingly small, accommodating just one person and a piece of luggage. this means dragging your bags up a small flight of stairs, which isn’t great after a long journey. The bathroom's narrow design made it uncomfortable, with an open-plan shower leading to water pooling on the floor—definitely not ideal for maintaining dryness. the bathroom lighting activated on a sensor, which meant mid-shower the lights would turn off, not the best choice for a relaxing experience. The pillows were disappointingly uncomfortable, making sleep difficult during the night due to noise from the street outside.

Not a bad spot for families
The bed was super comfy and the fan was a god send during those hot nights. We reported a scratching noise, and to our surprise, the staff jumped right on it, offering us a room change even though it ended up being nothing. It's rare to see such quick action.
It wasn't inexpensive either, but we made it work.
